How much does epraise cost?

It's important to us to keep our prices clear, fair and transparent. We've set the prices below at a level that gives our customers the best possible value for money whilst enabling us to continue offering outstanding service and support. We don't believe in tie-ins and don't have special offers at certain times of the year. Our prices very rarely change and if they do, you'll always get plenty of notice.

To find out the price for your annual subscription, please enter in the number of students you have below.

An annual subscription to epraise for 100-200 students would cost

Plus the following optional add-ons...

Set, manage and mark homework within epraise, removing excuses for not doing it and giving SLT detailed statistics about setting and completion.

Parents' evenings

Allow students, parents and staff to book appointments, making parental engagement easier and providing statistics about who is attending for SLT.

Our latest add-on makes it easier for schools to communicate with parents, including both direct and group messaging with great analytics.

MIS link

Get students, staff, parents, attendance, timetables and photos from your MIS automatically. SIMS achievement writeback is an additional £450.

Are there any discounts available?

We don't offer discounts on the prices above unless several schools purchase epraise together at the same time. The only exception to this, is if you are part of a MAT or Federation where other schools would like to or already use epraise. If either of these apply to you, please get in touch to find out more.

Where's the smallprint?

There isn't any - what you see here is what a school would pay today, plus VAT if applicable. There's no setup or admin fee. Some MIS providers may charge schools a fee to use our MIS link, but most (including SIMS) do not. Our support number is a local rate number. It's possible prices may change in the future, but our customers will receive a minimum of 3 months notice. If you'd like to see our full service agreement, please get in touch.
